WE SHARE PROGRAM - PERU
It is with
great pleasure and a profound sense of expectation that I present this project to help remote communities with stand alone Solar systems in the Andes and the Amazons of Peru.
I have been volunteering with “WE-CARE
SOLAR” a non-profit organization in the city of Berkeley, CA since 2008. Into that organization, they have a "WE SHARE SOLAR" program, that empowers students to be global change makers. By combining
solar energy and engineering education with real-world applicability,
trained teachers cultivate students interest in STEM subjects and
inspire them to meet an immediate need in the developing world.
Even as
great as this desire may be, it is impossible to accomplish on my own. I am looking to initiate the "We Share Solar - Peru " program and I invite group of people to be part of the team of interested persons impassioned and who believe that this project can
become a reality in our disadvantaged communities in the Andes and the Amazon of Peru.
